Evaluations help you accurately determine the value of your home in today's market and they're also a great way to interview REALTORS® before deciding who to list your home with. When I do a market and property assessment for you I'll also include a detailed marketing plan so you can see exactly how I will get your home noticed, appreciated and sold for the most money in the shortest period of time possible.
